What do I receive when I place an order with hotbeatsonline.com?
Answer: Upon placing an order with hotbeatsonline.com, you will receive an email confirming your purchase and detailing the status of your order. Also included in this email will be a link to our secure servers where your purchased beat(s) will be available for download.

Do I have to wait for an email confirmation before I am able to download my beat(s)?
Answer: You DO NOT have to wait for an email. You will be able to download you beat(s) instantly. On your order confirmation page (the very last page in the checkout process) you will see the name of the beat(s) you purchased, along with a "download" button for each purchased beat. Click the "download" button and your download will begin.

When will my purchased beat be available for download?
Answer: Instantly! A "Download" button will be displayed on the Order Confirmation page. You have to click this button to begin downloading your purchased beat(s).

Alternatively, you can come back to the Order Status page later (even from a different computer) and download your purchased beat(s). You can always get to your Order Status page using the URL from the Order Confirmation email, or by using the Order Status link at the top of Yahoo! Shopping. Customers downloading their beat(s) later will be prompted to enter the credit card number used in the order for identification.

When I purchase a beat, will it still have a voice tag on it?
Answer: No. Voice tags ARE NOT on purchased beats.

How long does it take to download a beat?
Answer: If you are connected to the internet using a broadband connection, under 1 minute. If you are connected to the internet using a dial-up connection, 15-20 minutes.

Do you offer a method of payment other than PayPal or credit/debit card?

What is "suggest a genre" about?
Answer: If you find that hotbeatsonline.com does not feature your genre of music, email our Suggestions Department and we will address your request expeditiously.

How do I become a producer of hotbeatsonline.com?
Answer: Hotbeatsonline.com has a reputation for having an extremely talented music production team. We maintain this by setting a high standard that all applicants must meet before being hired and/or becoming part of our production team. To audition for hotbeatsonline.com, submit three (3) of your works of choice, along with a bio via email to our Human Resources Department. Your bio should include a list of all instrument you play if any, equipment you use, the genre(s) of music you specialize in, and what region of the world you are located (US-New York, UK-London, etc.)
